1) How is a typical day in your center?

6-7am: waking up
7-8am: Yoga exercises
8 am: Breakfast

Small break to digest the food


One treatment like SV

Shower
12 am: Lunch

Break (you can spend the time alone reading something, or other activities, or to spent the time together with all the other patients)
3 pm: meeting
4 pm: next treatment

Shower
6 pm: Dinner
8 pm: meditation
9 pm: bedtime

2) Is Visa needed to fly to India?

Yes, Visa is needed for India. Please verify at the nearest Indian consulate.

3) Do we need to take any vaccinations?
It is a decision to be taken by you and depending on the time. You can contact us during the time of travel and also to take opinion from the Indian consulate. But to make a note that multiple vaccinations should not be taken in a short duration of time. Here the hygienic situation is
up to the European standards with Purified drinking water, clean and hygienic surroundings.

4) Which is the nearest Airport? How long will it take to reach your center from Europe?
The nearest Airport is Cochin (Kochi) International Airport .With a good fly you can be here in 9-10 flying hours from various European destinations. It is only 30 minutes or 20 km from the Airport to reach the Clinic.

5) How many days do I need for the treatment?
Minimum period of treatment in a year is for 45 days and repeating the DATMS therapy for the next consecutive 3 years. One day is required to accustom to the time difference and at least a day of relaxation before flying back. Women are advised to arrange their stay so that fewer days are lost owing to menstruation. Only the main therapy will be done during this time. The exact period of treatment could be ascertained by the Doctor after a consultation or after contacting him about your physical condition and the disease state.

6) Are there any food restriction or life style changes required during or after the treatment?

A vegetarian diet is required during the time of treatment and we suggest a vegetarian diet in between the treatments. At unavoidable instances sheep meat is suggestive.
Such a restriction is given because the herbs taken daily are not compatible with any non vegetarian food. Early sleep is recommended as sleep is essential for recovery.

7) Is travel allowed during treatment?
Long distance travel is not allowed during treatment but short sightseeing could be arranged.

We provide internet and telephone facility here. But long usage of mobile phones and computer is not indicated.

9) What I need to bring along during the treatment?
For men : Old Bath robe (thin and light)
For women : we will provide dress during therapy.
A cap to protect your head from sun light.
Your house shoes (one to wear for treatment, and one for walking in the center)
mini CD player to hear music

11) Which language you speak in the center?
Most of the workers could understand English. We have German speaking coworker here throughout the treatment period.

12) Are the rooms provided with services and facilities for MS patients?
We have rooms and individual cottages what can accommodate patients with walking difficulties. All rooms are provided with the essential means like comfortable custom made mattresses (natural rubber and coir), Mosquito net, wardrobe, attached toilet/bathroom etc.
